From installation through your warranty and long after, you'll find our service technicians knowledgeable, patient, and above all, sincerely interested in helping solve any problem you might have. We are available to you in the field, on-line or over the phone.

For service, simply call during normal business hours East Coast office 8:00 -5:00 (EST) & West Coast office 8:00 -5:00 (PST). We resolve most problems by phone - nearly 90%. If we can't resolve your problem by phone, we'll send a factory-trained, skilled technician to your site.

Warranty Support:
For a full year after purchase, owners of SCM GROUP's advanced technology CNC machines have access to Technical Service. Just call Service Direct .

Preventive Maintenance Program:
If your CNC machine warranty has expired, sign up for SCM GROUP USA's Preventive Maintenance Program of regular on-site service. An SCM GROUP technician provides regular machine check-ups, including reports to help you anticipate any emerging parts needs or repair issues. Our programs are customized for the type of machinery you own.

Remote Diagnostics:
The advanced technology in our CNC machinery not only delivers high-performance woodworking, but enhanced maintenance capabilities. Another SCM GROUP USA exclusive, NetTech remote diagnostic software, speeds resolution of programming and other machine software issues.

Here’s how NetTech works:
- A customer with a software problem calls SCM GROUP's Technical Support.

An SCM technician connects with the customer's machine software via a customer-installed phone line.

The technician takes control of the machine and remotely diagnoses the problem.

With NetTech, which is standard equipment on all SCM GROUP CNC machinery, SCM's tech support staff is resolving more than half of reported software problems within 90 seconds.
