The Concept Tenoner Series
The Concept tenoner series was designed for accuracy over time, throughput productivity, and a dramatic reduction in set up time. The set up time reduction for these tenoner woodworking machines is via CNC axis and spindles with rapid toolchangers. With over 40 working units available a machine is likely available for your application.
A tenoner is a high-production and high-output machine. Tenoner woodworking machines are throughfeed machines on which one can place multiple stations. As a result of changes in technology and in today’s environment, there have been many new features added to tenoners that allow productive output due to quick setup.
It is common on a tenoner to provide router spindles with or without tool changers to provide rapid setup and high speed machining. The router spindle offers variable speed with the ability to place smaller diameter tools on the tenoner. When combined, this permits rapid tool changing manually or with a tool changer, and a tool change magazine can hold up to 24 positions per spindle.
Today’s tenoner woodworking machines have a PC front end with extensive memory, diagnostics, and a user-friendly graphical interface. Programs can be pulled off the network or read via bar code.
