| R 400
R400 is a modular machining center, allowing a wide range of custom-made solutions.
Because of this variety, it can be used for different applications: from the most common processing to nesting machining of cabinet doors up to 5-axis machining of 3D-components.

L Version
This version, one of the numerous configurations, allows free access from the 3 sides of worktable, so as to facilitate considerably the loading and unloading operation during pendulum machining.
"OVER" Version
Routech offer also a wide range of worktable dimensions, up to the R400 “OVER” versions with highly rigid structure, allowing machining of up to 6400 mm long components with synchronized worktables.
Front & Rear Unit
In order to meet a wide range of production requirements, R400 can be fitted with the head units fixed on the front of the crossbeam (Front Unit version), or on both sides of the portal (Front & Rear Unit version). T he Front Unit version is suitable for conventional applications using the machine as:
- Single head machining center.
- Routing center with parallel heads.
- Routing and drilling center.
Integration with automatic handling equipment
R400 can be integrated with automatic loading and unloading systems so as to achieve highest productivity.
