R 200 KN
R200 KN is a door machining center, noteworthy for the automatic flow process worktable allowing integration in automatic processing lines.
It is designed and produced for the processing of special doors, combining Routech’s experience in terms of flexibility of the conventional work centers with the technology of integrated lines.
R200 KN is highly flexible, suitable for all kind of machining operations, with quickest table reconfiguration when changing door type or size.

Modulo head unit
Another main feature of the R200 KN PRT is the Modulo head unit, which is fitted directly to the mobile upright.

- Quick execution because of the tool change in masked time.
Using the auxiliary PB TC routing unit, it is possible to change milling cutter in masked time alternating main router and auxiliary head for execution of different profiles. This allows quickest execution of the most common machining operations such as outside profiling, aperture and lock housing.
