Easy integration
For the continuous production of large quantities of components, Protos can be served by a robot to automate the loading and unloading operations.
This is possible because of the automatic table cleaning, normally extremely difficult on conventional machines.
Using the Protos in high-productivity lines, the Robot can operate for the only loading process, while finished components and waste are unloaded by means of the motorized outfeed belt.
In this case each cycle consists of three simultaneous operating stages as follows:
- loading
- machining
- unloading and table cleaning.
