Ergon - CNC Router

The Ergon represent years of research and development offering a wide range of options to best fit the machine for the application. With the ERGON series we have available multiple spindles with and without tool changer, single or Twin tables, Tubeless Vacuum System (TVN), CNC Positioning of the Heads, Speeds up to 5000 IPM, etc.

Single-piece structure, a result of computerized design technology to guarantee maximum rigidity





Each machining unit is anchored directly to the cross beam with four high-precision recirculating ball bearings.

- Pressurized spindle to keep dust outside of the spindle
- Ceramic ball bearings ensure longer spindle life
- Power 2000 electrospindle with lifetime lubrication and HSK 63 tool taper coupling
- Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) with twelve tool capacity including two angle drive heads
- CNC dust collector hood placement
- Multi-function worktable allows parts to be machined using elevated vacuum cups, spoilboards (for Nested Based Manufacturing), or directly on the table itself
- TVN Worktable available featuring vacuum cups and clamps for windows and door machining.
- Telesolve remote diagnostics
- Alpha CAM Advanced software with drill optimization and full nesting capability
- Safety Mats and Fence
- Screw drive in X and Y axes (Rack and pinion in L and Top versions)
- Up to 5' distance between table for easy access to all 3 sides of the worktable (L Version)
