| 75-12 Profile Grinder
The SCM profile grinder features the Micro Precision Dressing System (MPDS) with retractable hydro-tool rest which allows the diamond dresser to be positioned precisely. A dial indicator accurately sets the diamond nib insuring true wheel dimension and tool concentricity is always maintained. The geometry of the 75-12 automatically compensates for changing grinding wheel diameter.

Features

The grinding wheel can be tilted in either direction to side relief up to 15° as needed. This is accomplished by simply releasing the locking han-dle and tilting head; each notch is 5°.

This new hydro tooth rest provides a rigid-fixed guide when grinding, but is easily moved down sos that you can dress the wheel at the exact grinding point. |
